Summary
This page is for residents of California and supplements our Privacy Policy. It explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Do we sell or share personal information?
No. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out to make. If this ever changes, we will update this page, add an obvious "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, and honour opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Your California privacy rights
- Right to know - the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients.
- Right to delete - deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct - correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (nothing to opt out of here) and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that trigger this right).
- Right to non-discrimination - we will not deny you service or charge you differently because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to data portability - to receive the information you provided in a readily usable format.
How to exercise your rights
Email office@maxingproject.bg with the subject "California privacy request", or write to us at the registered office in our Legal Notice. Tell us which right you want to exercise and give us enough detail to identify you. We will respond within the time the law allows (normally 45 days, extended where necessary, with notice).
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to make a request for you. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm your identity.
How we verify requests
We verify a request by matching the details you provide with the personal information we already hold. If we cannot verify you, we will tell you and explain what else we need. Verification is proportionate - we never ask for more than we need.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, as described in the CCPA/CPRA.
