Fluid centrifuge CA 100

Issue 10-2023 Properties Benefits Short regeneration cycle due to mechanical braking Fast and dynamic adaptation to the machining system processes Frequency-controlled, wear-free direct drive Permanently low operating costs via coupling Sound and oil mist isolation by means of closing Low environmental impact from noise and flap emissions Electronic vibration monitoring with automatic High process reliability stop function Separate speed monitoring of motor and drum High process reliability Automatic flushing of rotor and centrifugal valves Low maintenance requirement

The fluid centrifuge CA 100 separates fine suspended solids and tramp oil out of the coolant by centrifugal force. It runs as a side-stream unit on the coolant tank and continuously returns cleaned medium, which extends tool life and improves surface quality on grinding and finishing processes.
